Last updated: October 16, 2025
Welcome to WorldsAcross LLC ("WorldsAcross", "we", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of https://worldsacross.com (the "Site") and the services provided through our platform (the "Platform"), including live Spanish lessons, coaching, and related educational content.
By accessing the Site or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our services.
1. Subscriptions and Membership Plans
WorldsAcross offers several membership options designed for different learning goals. Each plan includes access to specific types of lessons and coaching.
All subscriptions are available in monthly, 6-month, and annual billing cycles, with automatic renewal at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal. Prices are subject to change, but active subscribers will be notified of any material pricing adjustments before their next renewal. It is your responsibility to maintain valid payment information. Failed payments may be retried up to three (3) times before cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 40 calendar days of your initial purchase. This applies equally to monthly, 6-month, and annual plans.
For renewals:
- If you have not taken any classes or used any services, and the renewal charge occurred within the last 3 days, you may request a refund for that specific transaction.
Refund requests must be sent to [email protected] and are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
3. Student Code of Conduct
By subscribing to WorldsAcross, students agree to behave respectfully and professionally in all interactions. The following rules apply:
- Be fully clothed and presentable during classes.
- Avoid offensive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior (for example, foul language or explicit topics).
- Be punctual, attentive, and respectful of the tutor's time.
- Do not share accounts or request tutors' personal contact information.
- Maintain a quiet, distraction-free learning environment.
Violations result in a first formal warning. A second warning may lead to permanent expulsion without refund.
4. Use of the Platform
You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes or in ways that:
- Violate intellectual property rights.
- Harass, threaten, or defame others.
- Disrupt server or network operations.
- Impersonate others or engage in fraudulent behavior.
- Attempt to decompile, hack, or reverse-engineer our systems.

- Create derivative works without express written permission.
- Exploit any content commercially outside the scope of personal learning.
6. Class Recordings and Coaching Sessions
Lessons may occasionally be recorded by WorldsAcross for internal training, quality assurance, or educational improvement purposes. Any recording is conducted only with the student's prior, explicit consent and always after a clear notification explaining its purpose and scope.
These recordings:
- Will never be shared or made public without your explicit written permission.
- Will be deleted immediately if personal information is disclosed or if you withdraw consent at any time.
- Are used exclusively by authorized WorldsAcross staff for supervision, training, or academic quality purposes.
Students are not permitted to record their classes (audio, video, or screen) unless they submit a formal request and receive written approval. Unauthorized recordings violate these Terms and may result in account suspension.
To request permission, please complete the official Class Recording Request Form.
AI Notetakers in Coaching Sessions
During certain coaching sessions, WorldsAcross coaches may use an AI-powered notetaker tool to assist in summarizing session content or generating progress notes. This tool operates only with explicit consent from the student, is used for educational and feedback purposes, and complies with our data privacy standards. Before activation, the coach will clearly inform the student that an AI notetaker is being used and explain how the information will be processed and stored.
7. Referral Program
WorldsAcross offers an optional referral program that allows active subscribers to earn credits or discounts when they invite new members to join the platform.
General Conditions:
- The referral program is open to all active subscribers with a valid account in good standing.
- The invited friend and the referrer both receive benefits in the form of credits or discounts, according to the current terms published on the official referral page at app.worldsacross.com.
- Referral rewards are applied automatically once eligibility requirements are met, such as the referred member completing their first paid period.
- Referral benefits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be combined with other promotions.
- Credits, if issued, expire after a defined period as stated on the program page.
- Each new subscriber may be referred once, and self-referrals or duplicate accounts are not eligible.
Fair Use and Program Integrity:
WorldsAcross maintains the right to monitor referral activity to prevent abuse or fraud. Creating multiple accounts, self-referrals, or manipulating referral rewards is strictly prohibited. WorldsAcross reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate referral benefits or accounts involved in misuse at its sole discretion.
Program Updates:
Details such as credit value, discount percentage, and expiration terms are published on the official referral page and may be updated from time to time. Changes take effect upon publication and apply prospectively to new referrals.
